These are the basic terms for working with DidoGraphic and using this website. Booking a consultation or starting a project means you're okay with them.

Quotes and scope

Before any project starts, we agree the work, the timeline, and the price in writing. Quotes are valid for 30 days. If the work changes along the way, we'll talk about it and adjust the quote rather than spring a surprise on you.

Payments

Consultation fees are paid at the time of booking and confirm your slot. They're non-refundable once the session is confirmed, unless we're the ones who cancel. Project payments follow the schedule set out in your proposal — usually a deposit to begin and the balance before final files are handed over.

Your responsibilities

To keep things on schedule, we'll need timely feedback and any materials we ask for (text, photos, logins). Long delays on your side may push back the timeline.

Ownership

Once a project is paid in full, the final approved designs are yours. Working files, drafts, and unused concepts stay with us. We may show finished work in our portfolio and on social media unless you ask us not to.

Revisions

Each project includes a set number of revision rounds, listed in your quote. Extra rounds beyond that are billed at our normal rate.

Liability

We put real care into every project, but we can't guarantee specific business results (like a set number of sales or rankings). Our responsibility is limited to the fees paid for the work in question.
