We are available by email from monday through saturday from 10 am to 8 pm if you require any kind of support or inquiry. It is only on the major indian national holidays that the hours may differ. If there is a specific scenario or for a particular reason, it may take some extra time, and you are agreeing to give that time to ensure a quality result.

Cancellation & refund policy
The cancellation process varies depending on the service. It is possible to cancel an order for logo design within the next day of placing the order. It is possible to cancel an order for website development within two days of placing the order. The cancellation of any ongoing project that falls under a monthly package requires at least one month’s notice.
When a cancellation is successful, the advance payment will be refunded in full, with the exception of ongoing digital marketing or website maintenance work that will be cancelled monthly. Whenever a website development project is cancelled, whatever work has been done needs to be paid for, after which any remaining advance payment will be refunded.
We will initiate all refunds within 7-15 working days. It is only technical difficulties that can cause a delay in this matter.
